How many implants
Usually four or six implants per jaw. The plans are called All-on-4 and All-on-6. How many you need depends on your bone and jaw, and it is worked out at the diagnostic stage.
What it is made of
Inside is a strong titanium frame (a bar) that carries a row of teeth, for example zirconia ones. You can't remove it at home. Only the dentist takes it off, for servicing.
Is it for me
It suits people with almost no teeth left, or whose teeth need to come out. But implants can't always be placed at once, and the teeth can't always be loaded straight away. The dentist will tell you honestly after diagnostics.
